Scope: Complete dock and door fit-out of existing spec building developed by Chesapeake Real Estate Group. Equipment included Kelley Airbag Edge-of-Dock Levelers (invented by Charles Hodges III), dock seals, truck restraints, LED lights, fans, track guards, and control panels.

We are the exclusive distributor of Kelley Entrematic Loading Dock Equipment for MD, DC, and Virginia, and as such, we are the preferred vendor for multiple Fortune 500 companies including Amazon. This project represents the 4th Amazon DC we have completed in the last two years under budget and on time!
